Choosing The Best Time & Date For Your Party - Part One

So, you’ve decided to have a party. Congratulations on your birthday, anniversary, work accomplishment, or what- ever the reason for your gathering. If you’ve hosted a party before, you may already know that there is something of an art to choosing the right time and date. For instance, a party that falls on Labor Day weekend may have low attendance because many people go out of town for the long weekend. Or if you have a party during the Final Four basketball tournament, your sports fan friends probably won’t be there unless you happen to have large-screen TVs all around.

Take major holidays, local community functions,
and sporting events into consideration. Even events that aren’t a big deal to you personally might be a reason for your guests to stay home.

Remember, you can have a party on any day of
the week. You’re likely to have less response on certain days, like Mondays, but it’s not taboo…

The preceding was a short excerpt from my book; “Party Planning Secrets: The Ultimate Guide To A Successful Party.” This is just a tasty morsel to get your appetite going. To feel completely satisfied, go to Atlas Books, http://www.atlasbooks.com/marktplc/02172.htm to purchase!
